ABOUT
Born and raised in Eatonville, Washington, Lucas’s journey into strength didn’t start on the competition floor—it began on the football field and track at Pacific Lutheran University, where he competed in shot put, discus, hammer throw, and Olympic weightlifting. Lucas transitioned into strongman in 2018, quickly gaining attention for his raw power, explosive speed, and relentless drive to improve.
In 2022, he earned his pro card, and just a few months later made his international debut at North America’s Strongest Man. Since then, Lucas has continued to rise—claiming back-to-back America’s Strongest Man titles in 2023 and 2024, and establishing himself as a podium threat at both the Arnold Strongman Classic and Strongest Man on Earth.
Lucas offers remote and in-person strongman coaching based out of Dungeon Strength RX in Auburn, Washington.
